Hi all! I'm excited to be involved in this sisterhood.
I go by Arnold and I'm making progress to conquer negative impulses. I'm 39 years old, calling home Ribeirao Das Neves, Brazil.
I'm devoted in this campaign for mental clarity for 539 days and I'm already experiencing surprising changes. I feel more focused and productive.
A testing phase I've faced is navigating social pressures. Nonetheless, I've found that engaging in hobbies helps tremendously in sustaining motivation.
I'm curious about the hormonal balance associated with NoFap. The notion of heightened self-awareness is mind-blowing to me.
In my downtime, I enjoy Element collecting and familiarizing myself with Portuguese. Interestingly, these activities strengthen my resolve and discipline during my NoFap journey.
I'm thrilled at the prospect of offering support and encouragement Forgiveness in addiction recovery this community. Together, we can build stronger willpower and contribute positively to society.
