Armed with some good up to date education and information goes a long way towards correcting one's path to optimum health. The responsibility falls on us for self preservation, not the doctors when it's perhaps too late. We may also need to adjust our thinking for days of old. Our parents who didn't have the information available today taught us what they could, but may not in fact be the most effective approach today.
