But This Is Just My Opinion
Hi, Charles...here, Your Cap and t-shirt guy From Texas. How are you doing today. I have been doing that for the last 18 years. Taking care the needs of my customers and becoming Con fondant and friend. Now I want to be your friend and take care of you. But first I want to tell you a story. I want to tell you a story about a customer of mine. Keith lives in Florida he has been a customer of mine for 6 or 7 years. He always get's tshirts for his crew, and has them printed with one print just small over the pocket. I always ask let me print them big on back because you will get more exposure, but he always say's no. On his last order he bought hats. I put two free t-shirts in with his order. He called me one month later. He said ok Charles because of you I need to hire more men. And I will need to double my order to. He said, Do you know what has happened to me. Last weekend I was gassing my boat up and a man said to me do you do landscaping. I said yes, then I realized that I had on the shirt that you gave me yes the one that you printed big on the back. Anyway he said that he had a small apartment complex and was tired of trying to take care of it. He asked if I would come and look at it. I said yes I would. Yep I got the contract on his little apartment, 2 year annual contract on his 90 unite apartment complex. I wanted to call and say that I wouldn't have gotten that contract without that t-shirt you printed big on the back. Print them all bob from now on. Yes, this is what T-shirts can do for you. These T-shirts are so good that I wished that I had a button that I could push after five years that would go poof then you would have to call me to get them again. T-shirts are very good to advertise your company name or event. The trend I have noticed, is the Manurefactures are not putting pockets on a lot of the colors. So more T-shirts are being sold without pockets. A badge of the smokers that have quite, I guess. One of the things you need to be aware of is were you live or work. Hot climates go with 100% cotton just go with one size larger. Taller person go with one size larger. The T-shirt that I would like to poof is 50/50 wares like lron and last forever. I ask. If that's is the tshirt that they usually get. I say is it time to change the oil in the shirts. I know that they haven't worn them out. Don't forget the women. We have a complete section of tees just for the girls and hey, they look better than us anyway. You better get them girls some T-shirts to, or I will make them there own site. Do you want me to girls. One other thing only put you logo on name brand Tshirts. Don't listen to, it's just as good. Bemis (blemished) 2nds, or off brands are not worth it, unless you are looking for a rag to wash your hands with. But this is just my opinion. Do Your Best; Hire the Rest One of the hidden perks of raising six children is the learning laboratory it provides for the parents. My wife and I have learned how important it is to teach our children to do things for themselves and become problem solvers. There isn't enough time to do it any other way with a house full of children. Learning how to tie your shoes, make a telephone call and solve for two unknowns in an algebraic equation are examples of goals society sets for children. Undeniably, do it yourself skills are important for all of us to acquire. Small Business Franchise Opportunities Many businesses offer small business franchise opportunities. Why are Reverse Mergers Often the Victims of Short Sellers? There is a great deal of abuse going on in the OTC Bulletin Board Market and a lot of money is being made as result of it. Going Public: The Process for Small and Mid-size Companies to Go Public It's the dream of every person who starts a business to some day see it trading in one of the stock exchanges even after they are no longer associated with the company. The first step (#1) is simple since most small company are already incorporated and have a board of directors, so we will start with #2. Does Your Company Have a Business Image Manual Every business regardless of size needs a "Business Image Manual" to protect their band. Even the smallest companies with only a few employees is well served when there is a business image manual in place. For 15 years I ran a small business, which I eventually franchised and later expanded to 23-states and 4 countries. What I had learned after franchising is that; I should have written my image manual 10-years prior. At first my business was just me alone; like most small businesses, but then due to my hard work and customer service, I had to expand to meet demand. Each time I added people to the team, I seemed to be rehashing over and over again my theories on business image. Often I would have to harp on the issue with part time employees or even summer help. What I needed was a manual. However, being a head strong entrepreneur in those days, I like many entrepreneurs of small businesses said; "What do I need a bunch of manuals or even a business plan for that matter?" After all most of us know our businesses very well and we do not have to write it down. We just know thru intuition what will work and why and surprisingly we end up making few mistakes, but when we do they are usually quite large and costly lessons. Bringing Home the Bacon In general, all of us know how to accomplish the task and get the work done. The problem is in how to actually 'get paid' for what we do. If you, like me and most of the entrepreneurs I've worked with, have completed the project, turned it in and been left holding the proverbial bag waiting to be paid for months on end, you are probably just as tired of that scenario as the rest of us. So what can we, as entrepreneurs, do about that particular scenario? Predicting Business Retirement Satisfaction for Business Owners Most business owners do not think of selling their companies as "retiring". Instead, these vital entrepreneurs see selling their business as a "transition." For most business owners this does not mean slowing down or endless days of rest and relaxation. Creating a Power Plan Part of the power plan is making sure you have all the necessary contact information within a company. It is one thing to have the CEO's information, as he is the decision-maker, but it is quite another to have the information on others that you may be working with directly. You will not likely work directly with the CEO on any project or product purchase; you will be referred to the appropriate person. The information you gather on others should be the same as the information you gathered on the CEO. You will need to know the personality type to give you that inside edge, and also how much influence they have on the decision to make a purchase; you may find that these other contacts have an authorized spending limit following a set of guidelines.
