Accelerated Learning is Profitable
Accelerated learning is not only practical, it is profitable. Acquiring the ability to learn new skills faster is undoubtedly the most direct path and fastest means possible to enhance your earning power and hence, your income. Learning faster is a valuable skill that will benefit you no matter your profession. Just what exactly is accelerated learning? It is the refined skill set that will enable you to learn new material faster than ever before, faster than you ever thought possible. Accelerated learning is simply a set of tools, that when put into practice, will enable you to move ahead in most any subject far more rapidly. Do think such a newfound skill set could have an impact on your education? Do you believe that you may prosper from learning more rapidly? Do you think learning faster might possibly impact your career and your perceived value to your employer? Today's marketplace is changing rapidly. New education and employment variables are being introduced daily that constantly impact individuals and society. The person who can adapt easiest and move forward quickest is the person who will prosper in our new economy. We must continuously be learning new skills if we wish to prosper and offer true value to our employers. Jobs are becoming more competitive and complex. Technology is impacting almost every aspect of society. The fact of the matter is that the pace of these changes and the implementation of technology will continue to increase. Learning at an accelerated rate is also a mindset that must be accepted at a personal and subconscious level. You must believe in your gut that you can do it! You can learn faster. Unfortunately, we are not taught this way of thinking in school and the average person simply does not seek additional education once completing high school or college. Do not succumb to the average, the minimum or the just-get-by mode of thinking. You can be superior, not in your intrinsic value as a human being but as a person seeking greater success in life. It all starts with belief in yourself and an attitude of perseverance. Here are some simple steps to begin the process: 1. Desire: You must really want to get ahead. Decide to move forward. 2. Belief: Know in your heart that you can do better. The future is yours. 3. Attitude: Acquire the necessary training and get started. Keep your focus on your goals. 4. Persistence: Be persistent. Never give up. Always be moving ahead, no matter the obstacles. 5. Practice: Practice what you learn. Put into action the new skills you acquire. Practice. Practice. Identifying the skills you need, learning them faster and putting them into practice sooner will generally precede earning more income. Learning faster will give you the competitive edge you need to separate you from everyone else vying for career advancement. There is no magic, simply additional education via accelerated learning. Teachings of the Success Masters Authors such as Napoleon Hill have produced a great deal of writings that form the classic success philosophy of the early 1900s. The street markets in and around Manchester England was my happy hunting ground. Every day was an adventure and despite the weather and difficulties of getting a stall on the street market, life was always fun and enjoyable. There was always some comical incident, even when I had to stand in the pouring rain, with no customers in sight. And if there was no amusing event to focus on I created one and made other people laugh. Whats the Secret of Your Sucess? I'm going to begin this article by sharing a little secret with you? How Important is Your Lemonade Stand? When my neighbor's child was about 8, he decided that he wanted to lemonade stand. He asked me to help him, which I did. And he was very serious about the whole matter. The stand had to look like a "real store." The "lemonade needed "real" lemons. We had to go to the bank, so that he would have, as he put it, "the appropriate amount of change needed to complete any sale," etc. He had me sign a work contract with him ? made out of crayons ? and tested me on my ability to count out change. (Luckily, he was unaware of business insurance, city permits, and employee benefits!) Innovation Management ? Learn Faster, Change is Coming Challenges posed by recent economic and market shifts, though predicted for some time, have instigated chaos in the lives of many business professionals and factory workers alike, not to mention just about everyone else who is paying attention. Instead of embracing change and allowing it to fuel creativity and activity, many people allow the very thought of it to cripple them through fear, indecision and inactivity. Success Through Expertise - Bring In The Experts Or Become An Expert Yourself This morning, on TV, I was amazed to see how a house could be transformed by experts. They were allowed to use only 500 (or $1100 dollars) and they had to complete the work in two days. How To Become Successful The First step to success is to think and decide what you really desire. All successful people have this skill in abundance. It starts with Imagination. Most successful people have a strong ability to imagine things which they have n't achieved but will. So anything you want to achieve in the external world it should first start in the inner world of your mind. Many people are scared to write down what they want because they think they have to commit themselves. To many, Success frightens them. So if you want to be successful in life you have to write down your goals and dreams. Ask yourself what things you want in life. (e.g) health, wealth and happiness. Write each goals on a sheet of paper. Next you need to ask yourself what is a reasonable time to achieve those goals. Goals should be Short term, Intermediate and long term. Next ask yourself what you have to do to achieve those goals. What new skills you have to learn or acquire, what character traits to develop and people you have to role model. Even Abraham Lincoln earned a name for himself for doing it many times over. In fact most of us experience it fairly frequently. Some more than others. It's known as the other 'f' word. The difference, however, between the mega-successful and the rest of us ordinary folk is a simple matter of interpretation. I'm talking about 'failure'. Wait! Stop! It's not that bad I promise! Habits and Success I got a big reminder over the last couple of weeks about what happens when you let your good habits slip - and how easy it is to fall into the trap of being overwhelmed. |
