If you are eating correctly, non-processed foods being 95% of your diet, then you should be getting all that you need. If you feel you need more nutrition, only take � of the amount of vitamins that have been recommended. Remember that your body will store what it doesn't use, and if it stores too much, you can be asking for trouble.
