3 Secrets Your Diet Book Wont Tell You
Are you wondering why you're not losing weight? If you're like me, you've tried every fad diet imaginable, and nothing seems to work - at least not long-term. If you have a lot of weight to lose (50 pounds or more), it is not unhealthy to drop three to five pounds per week, particularly in the beginning.
